Pre-Order Information, Terms & Conditions

- Pre-ordered item will be ship out when:

1. Items had been released

2. Full payment received

3. Items arrived into our warehouse

- Package/Item may be delay/cancel if:

1. In-stock item is purchase along with pre-ordered items, we will ship all in one package when the pre-ordered items release and arrive.

2. Allocation of package from factory to warehouse delay.

- To avoid pending of package, please pre-order separately.

- Pre-ordered item will be cancel and refund if manufacturer cancel and stop releasing the pre-order product.

- Pre-ordered item will be cancel if no remaining amount of the item is paid after 7 business days.

- Please note the release date of pre-order may be subject to change depending on the manufacturer, for more accurate release date,
